I haven't used this - but this might be another great option for creating a widget. Let me know if you like it better than widgetbox.

I forgot to show Ebsco's search box option. Although it is not as user friendly as Gale, it does provide you code to place the box in a Pageflakes page or on a web page. This option does not allow for students to grab and include on an iGoogle page. See widget below from Widgetbox.

To use this widget, click GET WIDGET. You can then choose where you want it to go (iGoogle, Facebook, PageFlakes or many others).
